Amisha Patel born on 9 June 1975 in an Indian family. Her father is Amit Patel and mother is Asha Patel, Ashmit Patel is her brother and she is granddaughter of the famous lawyer-politician Barrister Rajni Patel.
She is a bollywood actress who has done mainly Bollywood movies. She made her acting debut in Rakesh Roshan’s blockbuster Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai (2000).
Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001) is her second movie which became one of the biggest hits in the history of Hindi cinema.
Amisha Patel has also modeled for well-known Indian brands like Bajaj Sevashram, Fair & Lovely, Cadburys Jai Lime, Fem, Lux and many more.
At the age of five she got Bharatnatyam training and became dancer. Her name is a combination of her father’s name Amit and mother’s name Asha.
She completed her school education at the Cathedral and John Connon High School in Bombay and studied economics at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. She joined as an economic analyst at Khandwala Securities Limited after graduation.
